One of the few tea factories in Mauritius that are still in operation, the Bois Chéri tea factory and plantation are an integral part of the country’s identity. In addition to artisanal production of delicious plain and flavoured teas, some of which are exported abroad at the request of renowned tea houses, the plantation offers visitors an authentic and invigorating cultural experience in the midst of a verdant Domaine. Bois Chéri white, black, and green Premium teas are of top-notch quality. The leaves are hand-picked and served with minimal processing, creating a pure and delicate product.

In addition to black tea, Bois Chéri also offers flavoured tea. Vanilla tea is made by adding the vanilla powder to tea, while other flavoured teas are made with natural essences.
