RHUMERIE DE SAINT AUBIN
The artisanal distillery of Saint Aubin has brilliantly met the challenge of innovation, skillfully combining tradition, human touch, and environmental protection to produce an authentic agricole rum that is appreciated by both connoisseurs and enthusiasts. Our “white” rum is crafted from specially selected sugarcane. The first pressed juice is distilled in a traditional still.
Only the heart of the toasting core is used to bring you a rum of exceptional quality. Spices and natural fruits are successfully blended with our white rum to add extra flavor.
EXCEPTIONAL RUMS
Our authentic and remarkable old rum is a result of our first pressed sugarcane juice being meticulously fermented and gone through the distillation process in our traditional pot still. The heart of the distillation, carefully selected, is diluted with demineralized and UV-treated water for the best-desired outcome.
These ageing processes upgrade the different rums, giving them their extraordinary aromas.
OLD RUMS

RUMS EXTRA PREMIUM
The sugarcane juice from the first crushing is distilled in our traditional pot still, after going through the fermentation process. Only the ‘heart of the distillation’ is retained to obtain a rum of excellent quality. The alcohol is constantly diluted with demineralized and UV-treated water to reach the desired alcohol concentration.
These Extra Premium Rums with notes of vanilla, coffee, spiced and cacao are bottled at 40% vol.
RUM PREMIUM
The sugarcane juice from the first crushing, after going through the fermentation process, is distilled in our traditional copper column. The alcohol taken from upper part of the column, ‘Tray 17’, which is initially at about 90%, is constantly diluted with demineralized and UV treated water to reach the desired alcohol concentration.
RUM CLASSIC
The sugarcane juice from the first crushing is distilled in our traditional copper column after going through the fermentation process. The alcohol taken from the upper part of the column, ‘Tray 17’, which is initially at about 90%, is constantly diluted with demineralized and UV-treated water to reach the desired alcohol concentration.
The classic range comprises vanilla, coffee, spiced and coconut-flavoured rums all bottled at 40% vol.
GIN
Our farmhouse gin is distinguished by its excellence. It is made from pure sugarcane juice from our own sugarcane fields. Gin showcases its terroir by capturing the essence of unique flavors and features aromas of juniper, citrus, flowers and molasses.
