Its Mauritian cuisine showcases the local culinary tradition. Featuring tea, vanilla and hearts of palm from the estate’s plantations, the restaurant’s signature dish is vanilla chicken. The setting at Domaine de Saint Aubin is both unique and authentic. While some stroll through its botanical garden, others meet the animals at the estate’s mini-farm, and children have fun in their dedicated play area.
