With a history dating back to the mid-19th century, Domaine des Aubineaux has been transformed from a private residence into a museum, then a tea-tasting venue and a restaurant. It is now home to La Maison des Essences, where visitors can discover local essential oils and find out how a still works through an educational and cultural tour.

Bois Chéri is one of the most famous Domaines in Mauritius and the place to be for tea enthusiasts. Located in the upper part of the island, its museum and factory will introduce visitors to the secrets of artisanal tea production and provide them with a taste of Bois Chéri herbal teas and plain or flavoured tea in its Chalet.
