The Domaine des Aubineaux, a colonial house built in 1872, will transport you to another era. It is surrounded by a magnificent botanical garden with exotic plants and endemic trees. At Domaine Bois Chéri, visit the tea factory and sample the tea produced at the Chalet in a charming setting. Finally, head to Domaine de Saint Aubin. Here, the Maison de la Vanille (Vanilla House) shows you how vanilla is processed. The Maison du Rhum invites you to discover all the stages in rum production. Finish the day with a stroll through the estate’s botanical gardens and farm. You can choose to have lunch on each of the three estates.

Lors de la fabrication du thé vert, la chaleur est utilisée pour détruire les enzymes responsables de l`oxydation afin que les feuilles gardent leur couleur verdoyante tout en étant beaucoup plus souples. 😊🍃
