Le Domaine des Aubineaux, maison coloniale de 1872, vous transportera dans une autre époque. Elle est entourée d’un magnifique jardin botanique avec plantes exotiques et arbres endémiques. Au Domaine Bois Chéri, visitez l’usine de thé et dégustez le thé qui y est produit au Chalet dans un cadre charmant. Enfin, direction le Domaine de Saint Aubin. Ici, la Maison de la Vanille retrace sous vos yeux le processus de sa transformation. La Maison du Rhum vous invite à découvrir toutes les étapes de la production de rhum. Terminez cette journée par une promenade dans les jardins botaniques du domaine et sa ferme. Le déjeuner vous est proposé au choix dans chacun de ces trois domaines.

- Visite de La Maison du Rhum
- Dégustation de jus de canne à sucre
- Briefing sur les méthodes traditionnelles de fabrication du « rhum arrangé » basé sur 3 recettes principales : Ananas et Vanille, Fruit de la Passion et Vanille, Fruits secs (Abricots, Raisins et Dattes) et Vanille
- Explication des étapes de personnalisation du rhum arrangé, étiquetage et scellement de la bouteille avec un autocollant MRA, à emporter chez soi
- Dégustation de toutes les variétés de rhum
- Un déjeuner est servi au Restaurant Le Saint Aubin soit avant soit après la session de rhum, selon la préférence du client

- Activités pour enfants organisées : Séance de dessin basée sur La Mini Ferme du Domaine de Saint Aubin
- Séance de mini-cocktails non alcoolisés avec du jus de canne à sucre arrangé avec les fruits du domaine
